1. Peace of Mind Plan: StarrGroups by U S Tours offers all domestic travelers a simple cancellation penalty waiver on American Tours. Should you cancel a tour that does not involve airline tickets, a cruise, Kentucky Derby Tickets, or select other events, with at least 24 business hours’ notice we will provide you a 100% refund (minus the premium). With less than 24 business hours’ notice you will receive a 75% refund.   Any cancellation request must be emailed to:  [email protected].

Trip Assure:  StarrGroups by U.S. Tours has partnered with Trip Mate to offer a more robust travel protection plan.  Trip Assure by Trip Mate offers coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, trip delay, medical coverage, and more.  We believe their products provide you with the best coverage, price and service.  This product is ideal for trips that involve airline tickets, cruises, the Kentucky Derby, and other select events.  Your travelers must purchase directly online at our custom page.
