You’ll experience what it was like to ride a passenger train in the Roaring 20’s. Enjoy the sights and sounds of a 1923 steam locomotive with passenger cars from the 1920’s. It runs between Hollidaysburg and Brookes Mills and included with your ride is entertainment by a local troubador.

Following a lunch stop your group travels to Frostburg, MD. Where you arrive in time to see the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad pull into the Station. Once the train stops, you’ll watch the locomotive uncouple, drive onto a turntable, rotate, then re-hook at the back for it’s return trip down the Mountain. You then board yourself and descend 1410 feet in elevation to the town of Cumberland, Maryland. The train follows the Great Allegheny Passage as you go around iconic points of interest and through the famous Brush Tunnel where the track opens to breathtaking views of the Maryland mountains.
