Itinerary
Arriving in Manhattan this morning your group has tickets for the 12:00 noon, behind-the-scenes tour of Manhattan’s legendary Radio City Music Hall. Learn all about the venue, about the Rockette dancers and past performers; explore the art deco foyer and backstage; and enjoy a photo op with a real-life Rockette. The tour is about an hour long and afterwards you do not need to leave the building, you will be able to go directly to your seats, purchase concessions, etc.
Next is the show, it’s a trip down memory lane because the Rockettes are an iconic part of American history. For almost a century, the Rockettes have been American idols. They have appeared at Radio City Music Hall in hundreds of stage spectaculars, and they have participated in many historic and memorable events—like joining the USO and traveling abroad to entertain the troops and support wartime efforts, and performing at Presidential Inaugurations.
Following the show we can help your group by including a dinner at one of the many wonderful restaurants near Radio City. Perhaps Ellen’s Stardust Diner home of the singing waiters, or you can schedule a couple of hours of free time for dinner on own; watch the skaters at Rockefeller Center, see the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree (date TBD).
